Mowing & Recurring Care
Recurring mowing is the core service. One-time mowing is not part of the advertised recurring-service menu, and the exact level of care is agreed during the site visit and quote.
A good-looking lawn takes time, equipment, energy, and follow-through. Jeff’s approach is simple: “it’s not about speed.” He wants to be proud of every job he does because the finished work is a direct reflection on him — while you get back to everything else you’d rather be doing.
Practical lawn care shaped around the property, the work it needs, and the services Jeff can consistently deliver.
VIEW SERVICES ›Meet Jeff, the local owner behind Geezer Lawn Care, with more than 50 years of lawn-care experience.
MEET JEFF ›Focused on Greater Caldwell County so local service stays local, practical, and easy to request.
VIEW SERVICE AREA ›No instant-price roulette. Tell Jeff about the property and start with a straightforward conversation.
GET IN TOUCH ›The grass doesn’t care that you worked all week. It doesn’t care that it’s hot, that the mower won’t start, that your knees aren’t excited about yard work anymore, or that you would simply rather spend your time somewhere else.
Whether lawn work has become a hassle, a physical burden, another unfinished job, or simply something you no longer want to spend your time doing, dependable local help can make owning your home a little easier.
You keep the lawn. Jeff takes care of the work.
Tell Jeff about your property →The lawn is what you see when you pull into the driveway. It is what neighbors see when they walk past. It is where dogs investigate everything, families gather, and ordinary evenings happen.
Keeping it maintained is not only about grass. It is about keeping your property looking like somebody cares about it. Sometimes the easiest way to take better care of your property is to stop trying to do every job yourself.
Geezer Lawn Care uses a contact-first quote process because properties are different. Lot size, access, slope, condition, frequency, and the work requested can all matter.
You will not be pushed through an instant online price that pretends every yard is the same. Reach out, describe what you need, and let the conversation begin.
GET THE LAWN OFF YOUR LIST →Jeff wants to be proud of every job he does because the finished work is a direct reflection on him. That starts with seeing the property, understanding the level of care you want, and agreeing on the work before the mower ever starts.
With more than 50 years of lawn-care experience, Jeff brings decades of hands-on familiarity to an owner-operated business built around straightforward communication, personal follow-through, and a written property-specific quote.
Actual work should do the talking. No stock lawns, no imaginary customer results, and no generic “quality” claims standing in for evidence.
SEE OUR WORK →If the lawn keeps finding its way back onto your weekend, your evening, your aching back, or the bottom of a list that never gets shorter, tell Jeff about it. One straightforward conversation is all it takes to start.
REQUEST A QUOTE →Geezer Lawn Care offers weekly and bi-weekly recurring mowing. Jeff sees the property first, talks through the level of care, and puts the agreed scope and price in writing.
There is no one-size-fits-all checklist. Jeff agrees on the actual level of care with the customer, then services the property to that written scope.
Recurring mowing is the core service. One-time mowing is not part of the advertised recurring-service menu, and the exact level of care is agreed during the site visit and quote.
A normal visit can include string trimming around trees, walks and fences, edging where needed, and blowing clippings from sidewalks, driveways and porches.
Flower beds, yard art, hills, ditches, trimming obstacles, access and the requested level of care can all change the work. The service is tailored instead of forced into a preset package.
The quote starts with the actual property, not a square-footage calculator or a generic package.
Jeff looks at the conditions, access, terrain and the level of care the property needs.
You agree on what the recurring visit should include and any property-specific details that matter.
The agreed work and price are documented for the property before recurring service begins.
Some non-mowing or property-specific work may be considered as a separate agreement. Availability, scope and pricing are defined for the specific job.
Geezer Lawn Care considers the work, access and route before accepting a property. Apartment complexes are not currently being accepted.
Beds, yard art, hills, ditches, trimming obstacles, access and the requested level of care can all change the time required. Jeff prices after seeing the property.

Before quoting, Jeff looks at the practical details that can change how the work is done.
There is no blanket acreage cutoff. Property size and mower access are evaluated with the level of care during the site visit.
Extreme grades may be unsafe and may not be accepted. Other terrain is evaluated in person before the work is quoted.
Gate width, fenced areas, pets, parking and other access details are checked during the site visit rather than guessed from measurements supplied online.
Geezer Lawn Care may be a new name, but Jeff brings more than 50 years of lawn-care experience, a lifetime of appreciation for the land, direct owner accountability, and Gunnar at his side.
Jeff was born and raised in farm country, where he learned early to appreciate the land. He sees caring for a property as part of being a good steward of what God has given us, and he still carries a farm-boy appreciation for getting behind the wheel of a tractor. A mower is close enough. Jeff later studied at Findlay College, and faith remains part of the way he thinks about stewardship and work. One verse he specifically chose to share is Psalm 46:10: Be still, and know that I am God.
That same personal standard carries into Geezer Lawn Care. Customers normally deal directly with Jeff from the site visit and quote through the work itself. He still believes a man’s handshake is his bond: if he says he will do something, he intends to do it.
Customers deal directly with Jeff from the quote through service, keeping communication personal and accountability clear.
Gunnar is Jeff’s pal and rarely leaves his side. Jeff describes him as having a heart of gold and maybe being a four-legged angel. He is part of the personality behind the Geezer Lawn Care brand.
More than 50 years of lawn-care experience. Fully insured. Direct, owner-operated accountability from quote through service.
The “Geezer” name has personality, but the standard behind it is straightforward: show up, communicate clearly, care for the property, and stand behind the work.
Real work is the proof. Here are some of the real lawn and property photos Jeff has supplied for the Geezer Lawn Care portfolio.

These terms apply to use of the Geezer Lawn Care website. Customer service agreements and written quotes govern the actual work performed at a property.
The website provides general information about Geezer Lawn Care and a way to request contact. Actual service availability is confirmed property-by-property through the site visit and written quote, taking into account location, conditions, access, schedule, equipment, terrain, weather and the level of care requested.
Submitting a website form, calling, texting, emailing or messaging the Facebook Page does not create a service agreement, reserve a schedule slot, or establish a price. A job becomes agreed work when Jeff and the customer confirm the written quote or service arrangement.
Website service descriptions are general. The final scope for each property is defined by the site-visit discussion and written quote, including the agreed level of care and any separate cleanup or additional work.
Service dates may change because of weather, ground conditions, equipment needs, route considerations or other practical circumstances. When a visit must move, Geezer Lawn Care will make a reasonable effort to reschedule and communicate the updated plan. Customers should provide as much notice as practical when they need to cancel or change a scheduled visit. Any property-specific cancellation terms are stated in the written quote or service agreement.
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the agreed work areas, including gates or other access points, and for keeping pets safely secured away from active mowing or equipment. Customers should identify sprinkler heads, low-voltage wiring, invisible-fence components, fragile landscaping, toys, hoses and other hidden or sensitive property features before service when they may not be obvious from normal inspection.
If a customer believes service caused a property problem, the concern should be reported to Jeff promptly so it can be reviewed against the property conditions and agreed scope of work. Property-specific responsibilities or special arrangements may be documented in the written quote or service agreement.
Payment timing, accepted methods, and any recurring billing schedule are confirmed in the written quote or service arrangement before service begins.
